Zach joined Elite Environmental as General Manager in May 2024. He oversees the entire business unit, focusing on growth, project management, sales, and safety. Zach is heavily involved in project bidding, execution, labor relations, and ensuring job site safety, while also working to expand Elite's business into new markets. With a background that includes four years in the Navy and six years in the industrial sector, he brings a wealth of leadership experience, having held roles from frontline supervisor to departmental manager. Zach is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, with plans to graduate in 2025, and holds certifications as a Licensed Asbestos Inspector and HAZWOPER 40. He works closely with the administrative, project, and safety teams, as well as the Gribbins Specialty Group leadership, to support Elite’s growth and ensure operational excellence.
Adam Mayer
Safety Director
Adam joined Elite Environmental as Safety Director in December 2019. He is in charge of developing and implementing safety plans and procedures, providing training and education, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations. With over 12 years of experience in the construction industry, focusing primarily on heavy industrial environments such as powerhouses, refineries, and pharmaceutical facilities, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge in safety management. Before joining Elite, he worked for local general contractors, further expanding his expertise. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Murray State University, which he earned in December 2012, and maintains several key certifications, including OSHA 510, Asbestos Supervisor License, and Competent Fall Protection. Adam works closely with the entire team to ensure a safe and compliant work environment across all projects.
Nate Schiff
Field Superintendent
Nate joined Elite Environmental as Field Superintendent in February 2021. He is responsible for managing field employees, scheduling projects in collaboration with project managers, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, safely, and under budget. He also maintains strong relationships with union representatives and plays a key role in overseeing field operations. Nate brings over two decades of experience in labor management and field operations, having held key supervisory roles in the insulation industry before joining our team. He works closely with our general manager and safety director to ensure operational efficiency and jobsite safety.
Jennifer Wilson
Administrative Assistant
Jennifer joined Elite Environmental in July 2016. She handles all administrative duties, including accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and human resources (HR) for field employees. Additionally, she manages general office tasks that keep the business running smoothly. With a background in effective office management, Jennifer brings a wide range of skills that support both the executive team and field operations. She holds an associate degree in Accounting from Ivy Tech Community College, which she earned in 2017. Jennifer works closely with our general manager to provide behind-the-scenes support that ensures smooth operations and excellent service for Elite’s customers.
